- Implemented f2fs rapid gc
- Added NEON accelerated XOR implementation (Can Improve performance alot)
- Relax Cpu Latency
- Disabled Watermark Boosting by default (Reduce PowerUsage)
- Disabled Jump_Label (To fix heat issues)
- Added More little freqs
- Improved performance
- Disabled some wakelock (Fixes bad deep sleep)
- Removed some reduced latency commits to improve a bit of performance
- Fix last_residenty division
- Mark IRQ and important kthreads as performance critical
- Silence log spam on get prop
- Memory utilities optimization
- Don't busy wait for fenced GMU writes when possible
- Don't enable io wait boost in idle

Note:
- Test Performance,Battery,Benchmark
- OSS Kernel
- Doesn't boot in Miui
